CANCELLATION OF TRIP BEFORE DEPARTURE:

Reimbursement of deposits or all sums (excluding cost of insurance: 45 €) when the subscriber requires to cancel his trip before departure for the following reasons:

Economic dismissal of the subscriber or his spouse

Sanitary pass

Destruction of professional and / or private premises to more than 50% following fire, explosion or water damage.

Cancellation must be reported and confirmed by email or post within 24 hours before the departure date. The reimbursement of the cancellation insurance of 45 € will only be made once the stay has been completed.
